Check your spelling and grammar – get it right the first time

Nothing can sabotage an article, book, or a letter like incorrect spelling or bad grammar. If you are writing an article for the internet or your website, you had better spell it right and make sure your grammar is correct if you want the search engines to pick up on your article.

Get it right the first time

  • You never get a second chance to make a good first impression!
  • Bad grammar leaves a bad taste for most people.
  • Incorrect spelling is a real turnoff for most people.
  • Even a good-looking website is a turnoff if the grammar and spelling is bad.

What’s the answer?

  • Hire a proofreader (can be expensive)
  • Spend hours checking with a dictionary and grammar books
  • Use a spelling and grammar checker software
  • Many different software solutions are available, some free

The double-edged sword

  • Words that sound alike but have different meanings
  • Examples:

Two – Too – to

Mail – Male

Plane – Plain

Dear – Deer

Correct use of punctuation marks

  • This can be a killer in any presentation.
  • You could study grammar for years
  • Maybe a good grammar book or books

You may have a great product or a beautiful website, but if it is filled with bad spelling and grammar, many people will not get past the first page. For this reason, it is important to get it right the first time.

Is there a better way?

Yes and I have used it for years. I have written over 25 books, countless emails and advertisements. I would never think of publishing or sending an article without using Grammarly the best spell checker and grammar checker you can find.

Cracked but not broken – living with disappointment

Humpty Dumpty

Nearly everyone has heard of the nursery rhyme, Humpty Dumpty.

  • According to the legend, he was an egg
  • Similarly, he had a great fall
  • We read that all the kings men could not put him together again

Like Humpty, many of us have had at least one great fall! Many of us have been cracked and some have been broken.

Some who have been cracked have tried to use a Band Aid to patch themselves up. Many have gone to counseling to try to figure out what happened and how to heal from it.

Several of those who have been broken have stayed broken! Some never tried to get help. A few tried to pick up the pieces but gave up as there was just too many pieces.

In many cases the cracked, or the broken, managed to patch themselves up, get medicated, or get enough help and encouragement to try to move on in life. Few ever find real healing or ever return to a “normal” life.

That doesn’t have to be the case!

There is life after Humpty!

  • Because you are cracked, doesn’t mean you are broken
  • If you are broken, you can be put back together again
  • Even if you have fallen, you can get up
  • Although you may be down, doesn’t mean you are out
  • There is hope after disappointment

How did I fall?

That will determine how you recover and hot to prevent it from happening again.

  • Did you fail in business?
  • Maybe you went through a nasty divorce
  • Perhaps you lost a loved one through death
  • Could be all your investments went up in smoke and left you penniless

Okay, you started a new business venture. You mortgaged your home and drained your savings. You poured your life into a business only to see it all vanish when a deal fell through, or a sale didn’t take place.

At the moment, the situation looks hopeless. There are no answers in view. The bankers don’t want to know you. The foreclosure notice has been delivered…it just can’t get any worse!

Yes, it could be worse…you could be flat on your back in the hospital AND be broke!

Look at the options.

  • Review the sequence of events that occurred. Could I have done it differently?
  • Can I recover any assets…equipment…supplies…anything I can use to start over?
  • Can I find a friend or an investor willing to take a chance and back my restart?
  • Can I sell any assets, valuables, jewelry, vehicles…anything to raise some quick cash?
  • Can I borrow from relatives (be sure to give some collateral if possible)?
  • Can I get a part-time job while I try to put Humpty together again?

Divorce is horrible…there are no winners! It is always heartbreaking and can often be devastating. As with a failed business, there are things you can do.

  • There are no innocent parties! Both parties usually contribute somehow.
  • Analyze what went wrong. Try to make sure it doesn’t happen again.
  • There is always life after divorce.
  • Seek out a good counselor to guide you through the healing process
  • Don’t rush into another relationship until you are over this one!

The loss of a loved one.

  • A loved one is not always a human…sometimes it’s a pet, which can be just as devastating.
  • Death can seem so final. Much depends on your religious beliefs.
  • If you have a religious belief, turn to your Priest, Rabbi or Pastor
  • Not having a religious belief, turn to a grief counselor who can be a great help.
  • It’s okay to grieve. There is nothing wrong with crying! Nothing to be ashamed about by suffering a loss.
  • Funeral preperation is often referred to as “grief therapy.” as it helps to bring closure.

When investments go south.

I’m sure that most, if not all of us have suffered a loss of money, property, or investments. In the troubled world today there are just too many things that can go wrong and cause us the loss of assets.

  • When the real estate went south around 2009, many people, including myself, lost a bundle of money in real estate
  • Some people lost their homes, their business, their cars and their savings
  • A lot of people have been the victim of a Ponzi scheme and have been promised big returns, only to lose it all
  • Many people have loaned money to family or friends, fully trusting that they would pay them back. Never happened
  • Usually the assets or property cannot be recovered. Move on

The adage is true…”no man is an island.” No one is immune to loss. Everyone at some point in their life will suffer loss, perhaps through a loved one, a pet, property, love, assets

One thing I can guarantee you, you will suffer loss of some kind…it is inevitable. How you handle that loss will make all the difference in the world. You can do as the hippies did in the 70s…”Tune in, turn on and drop out.” You can crawl in the hole and pull the hole in after you. You can kill yourself with grief, drink yourself into oblivion, but I can assure you, your troubles won’t dissolve in the grief or in the bottle.

You can look back over your experiences and observe what happened in each case. In death, there is nothing you can or could have done to prevent it in most cases. There is only one answer…you have to move on with your life.

In the loss of a divorce, you can try to reconcile it, or accept it and move on.

In the case of loss of assets or money, I gave you the answers above. There aren’t a lot of options, so it is a matter of choice and what you have available to you.

Vic Johnson wrote a book entitled: Rest if you must, but don’t you quit!” It’s okay to stop and rest, count your blessings, evaluate your situation, but just don’t drop out! Pick up the pieces of Humpty Dumpty and move on with your life.

I know… I have been there.

Lessons from life – What nature teaches us

All life is a learning experience – what can we learn?

  • We can learn from school
  • We can learn from books
  • We can learn from experience, both good and bad
  • We can learn from working on a job
  • Many ways to learn and so much of it costs nothing

The greatest teacher is actually life!

  • I have had the privilege of getting my doctorate through school
  • Much of my scholarship came from books
  • I have had loads of on the job training
  • I became a pilot through thorough and strict training
  • Most of my learning actually came from nature itself.

What do we learn from birds?

I normally get up about 5 each morning, which is my favorite time. The air is filled with a chorus of birds singing. We live on a huge lot of about 2 acres in a small town, surrounded by many large trees. The birds love it! Blue birds, Red birds, Canaries, Robins…you name it, we have them.

It’s like they have arranged a choir for me! Few people, if any are up around me, so I know that arranged it just for me! I walk our dog in the yard and listen… I wonder what they are saying?

Well, some are announcing that they survived the night from the squirrels, cats and other predators.

Some are looking for a mate, while some are confirming their territory.

Each of them have their own sound… I can almost tell you which birds are singing…it is a beautiful time of the day and so much to learn from them.

The nastiest ones are the Barn Swallows who migrate here every spring and it has been said that the same family of birds keep coming back to the same place every year. They are beautiful, but they are nasty, building their mud nests over the front porch!

What have I learned from the birds? They actually do have brains, even though some people refer to them as “bird brains.”

The Blue Jays are the most aggressive and meanest. They have no hesitation in attacking the squirrels or other birds…they are fearless. They teach me about strength.

The Barn Swallows, although nasty, are the most aggressive. They never give up. A great lesson in attitude.

The Robins are the most patient. They will stand for minutes waiting to hear a worm crawling in the ground. They teach me patience.

The Cardinals are probably the most beautiful, especially the males. They teach me the importance of looking good for your mate!

Yes, I have learned a lot from the birds and have enjoyed the lessons each morning.

What can the trees teach me?

Looks a lot like my yard! Most of the trees have been here longer than the house, which was build a hundred years ago by my wife’s grandfather.

Pine trees are tall and majestic. They are also the most vulnerable as they grow extremely tall, yet don’t have strong roots. They teach me to plant my roots deep, have a strong and solid foundation. Don’t try to be taller than everyone else, or stand out in the crowd.

Oak Trees are huge and powerful. Their strength is in their roots…they go deep and wide. The birds love them…they seem to feel safer there. They teach me that the fundamental things in life are important.

Maple Trees are probably the most beautiful. Their colors in the Fall are magnificent. They teach me that beauty is necessary in life and should be seen in everyday life.

What about animals…what can we learn from them?

Yes, we have seven of them! Each one a different color and personality. All of them rescued from the animal shelter. Three of them born and raised here. What can I possibly learn from cats?

  • They don’t think they are cats…they think they are tigers!
  • They never worry where the next meal is coming from…they get two square meals a day.
  • Unlike me, their whiskers are a balance system for them!
  • The love to play with each other, but they also don’t hesitate to fight each other.

What do I learn from them?

  1. They never worry…they don’t know the meaning of stress.
  2. Trust…they trust us to take care of them…we need to develop trust in our friends.
  3. Selfishness…they push each other away from the food. Learn to share and give. The Bible says its better to give than receive.
  4. They think they are tigers…you are what you think you are…be strong!

They love to sleep! Teaches me how important rest and a good night’s sleep is.

  • They are totally loyal. We need to be honest and loyal to our family and employees.
  • Dogs have unconditional love. We humans have “degrees” of love.
  • There is the “pack” mentality. They stick together, which is a lesson we need to learn.
  • The dog is very protective of their family. Maybe a lesson on abuse?
  • Territory is important to dogs…we have a responsibility to protect our loved ones.

Life is short…make the best of it. Enjoy the small things…smell the roses.

Take a walk in the neighborhood instead of going to the gym. Enjoy nature…learn to hear the birds. Learn the different flowers so you can enjoy the smell.

Sit on your porch and have a cup of coffee or tea in the morning and listen to the birds…watch the squirrels run up the trees. Visit a local garden center and learn about flowers…enjoy the aroma! Costs nothing!

You don’t have to spend a bunch of money to learn life’s lessons. When you learn something, remember it and use it.

Walk the dog…enjoy feeding the cats…watch them as they push and shove as they eat!

Observe how much they “stalk”…the patience the cats have to watch a prey. Let your dog kiss you…that’s their way of saying “I love you.”

Yes, animals and nature can teach us so much if we can just slow down and enjoy it. These are the least expensive lessons you can learn!

Perspective – do you have one?

What is perspective?

  • English Dictionary says it’s a “view.”
  • Could be a view on life
  • Maybe a view of an object
  • Perhaps how you see something or someone
  • Ever had a wrong perspective about something or someone?

Are you near enough to have a perspective?

The story is told of two farmers walking down a country road. One quipped, “Look at that white mule down the road!” The other one responded; “Have you ever seen a white mule? That mule is grey!” As they got closer they both found that it was not even a mule, but was a horse and it was grey!

Maybe you’re not close enough to have a perspective on something. Perhaps you have been told something about a product or a person, only to find to your embarrassment that it was not true. I have used products for years without any problem, only to have others tell me that the product was worthless, or flawed. It’s all in perspective!

What are you focusing on?

On some cameras you can adjust the focus of your lens so that objects near you are blurred, while those further away that you have focused on are clear.

Often times we focus on things that are immenant really are not important at the moment, while things further down the road are what really needs our attention. It’s the old “Can’t see the forest for the trees” problem. We’re focusing on the wrong things.

Step back from the problem or circumstance and take another look. Try looking at something from another person perspective. Every coin really does have two sides…have you looked at the other side?

Marriages have been ruined because one person in the marriage had a different perspective and the other refused to look at that perspective. Partnerships in business have been destroyed because one of the partners had a different perspective of the situation. Back up – take another look. Get another perspective.

Rose colored glasses!

Ever hear that expression that a person is looking at someone or something through “Rose colored” glasses? Perhaps you or another person is looking at something through different glasses. I have perscription lenses in my glasses. I have worn different kinds of sun glasses and each one gave a different hue just by the color of the lens.

Maybe it’s time to change your lens, or get a different perspective.

Is there a “true” perspective?

  • It depends on your upbringing or heritage
  • It’s always possible that your perspective comes from your education
  • Could be your personal beliefs are so strong you may not wish to look at another perspective

All of the above are possible and none are necessarily wrong, or right. What may be a clear perspective or view to you may be a totally different perspective to someone else.

I had a professor in college who when a student made a statement said, ” different, but not wrong.” Something may be different that you have been taught, or led to believe, but it may not be wrong.

Are things really black and white, or are there grey areas? I have to confess I have held some beliefs that I was absolutly positive were black or white, only to have questions raised after doing some more research about it. I am a licensed and trained pilot. I must tell you that in aviation there are some really black and white issues…there is nothing grey about it.

The laws of aerodynamics are pretty clear. There are no grey areas in gravity! Newton was right…what goes up, must come down. The laws of lift, thrust and drag are very black and white. Nothing grey about them.

Before you form your perspective or view, make sure you are focused on the proper object. Make certain that you have all the facts. Make sure that your view is clear, not obstructed, or colored by ignorance of the subject. Then and only then form your perspective and be open to a different perspective if needed.

Trust me

A few years ago there was a TV program in the U.S. that had as the opening of the program a guy with a gun, saying “trust me”, as he fell backward over a log.

If it sounds too good to be true, generally, it is too good to be true! My father had a great philosophy…don’t trust anyone until they earn your trust by being trustworthy.

A friend of mine sums it up well…”I’m a positive skeptic!”.

Be positive in your beliefs but be skeptical of anything that smacks of a scam, and there a lot of scams out there to make you skeptical.

Join thousands who have made a fortune

  • Where?
  • How?

Remember Wendy’s hamburger ads years ago? “Where’s the beef?

I love the line in the Jerry Maguire movie, “show me the money!”, .

Yes, there are thousands who have made a fortune on the internet and there are thousands of scammers on the internet. Your job is to locate them and avoid them. I feel one of my goals in life is to not only avoid them for myself but to help as many as possible to avoid them and not waste hard-earned money on scams.

Are there legitimate ways to make money on the internet? Of course, there are. There are probably more legitimate ways than there are illegitimate ones.

I have personally spent thousands of dollars (I think “wasted” is a better word) on internet businesses. Until a few months ago, I had not found even one that worked for me. Does that mean that they were all scams? Not at all, it’s just that they didn’t work for me. I found too many promises and no beef!

I decided to try just one more. Have I found my internet mecca? No, but I have found something that actually works and doesn’t cost me an arm and a leg. It provides me with up to 25 legitimate websites, hosted and with legitimate domains.

I’m a little over half-way through all the training that is provided and I must say, it is fantastic. Are there any downsides to it? Haven’t found any yet.

Have I had to put a ton of money on my credit cards? No, only the small amount that I was told about up front. Have I been asked for “upgrades?”, . Yes, there are some available, only one that I feel I personally needed and there was no pressure to take that one.

Okay, okay, what is it? Show me the money!

it is Here! Just click the link and find out for yourself. No pressure…no promises…just results.

Consistence versus persistence – both necessary to success

Ever wondered what the difference is? Both are adjectives but have different meanings.

  • Basically, you do the same thing over and over
  • Go to bed same time, get up the same time
  • Eat meals at the same time each day
  • A daily routine for doing things – emails, phone calls, projects
  • Dependability – people come to expect you to be on time, to do your work
  • Quality – everyone likes to know they can expect good quality from you

With all this said, there is an inherent danger that you get in such a habit of doing things, that you expect different results. Ain’t gonna happen.

  • Stickibility
  • Hanging on
  • Overcoming every obstacle
  • Never give up
  • Keep fighting until you win
  • Going the extra mile
  • Completing the journey

Everyone faces some obstacle, or bump in the road of life. We all face something that seems to overwhelm us and the greatest temptation is to just quit!

Vince Lombardi was right: “Quitters never win and winners never quit.”

So many quit when they are so near the goal. Some just tire out and can’t walk another yard, or so they think.

I had the privilege of working with the Insurance magnate, A. .L. Williams, of A. L. Williams and Assoc. I remember vividly standing in front of his desk once when I had done everything I could do to make a tour program work for his organization and I just couldn’t seem to get it done.

I will never forget what he told me, which I later learned was the title of his best-selling book: All you can do is all you can do, but all you can do is enough, and he quoted those words to me. It was a life changing experience. I quickly learned that some things were literally beyond my control and after I had done all I could do, that was enough.

There just comes a time in everyone’s life when you have done all you can do. Everyone, no matter how strong or invincible you may be, will come to a place in your life when you need a helping hand.

It’s not a sign of weakness to reach out to someone for help – to the contrary, it shows great fortitude and faith. I know several people who were struggling, but just would not reach out and ask for help. There are times when I would love to have come alongside another person and told them I would help them carry the load.

Stubbornness, selfishness, self-will, arrogance, all these contribute to a downfall, when it could all have been avoided by just asking for help.

Putting it all together

While the two adjectives are different, they both are necessary for success in any project.

You need to be consistent in everything you do. It’s not enough to get up the same time every day and do nothing when you get up!

It does absolutely no good to go to bed every night at the same time if you don’t get out of bed and do some work. It’s one thing to punch a clock every day and still not be consistent in getting your work done.

What value is it to build something, or do something and then what you build or do falls apart! You need to have quality and value, you just have to be consistent to produce it.

It’s not enough to learn to fly an airplane if your desire is to fly with a precision air team! You have to go through hours, days, weeks and months of training. It also requires teamwork, cooperation with others and a clear objective. It requires you to stick to it and overcome every obstacle that you hit.

You have to keep your eye on the goal and proceed with unrelenting desire to reach it. You will have to swim rivers, cross mountains, hit detours and loads of speed bumps, but the goal is worth the effort.

“When you are going through hell, keep on going. Never never never give up.”

Winston Churchill

Is there any part of this that you don’t understand? Just never give up!

Persistence pays – Stick to it and win

Thomas Edison said it well: “I have not failed. I’ve just found 10,000 ways that won’t work.”

I can assure you, you will not fail if you do not try. Many people can begin a project, but not everyone finishes. Often we are dogged by discouragement, disappointment and just plain laziness.

Persistence always pays off

  • Where there is a will, there is a way!
  • Don’t ever give up.
  • Hang in there
  • Keep on trucking

All these sayings are true. If you have the will to succeed, you will.

You will never succeed if you give up.

You must just simply, hang in there…don’t quite

Even if the truck breaks down, fix it and keep on trucking!

We often quit when we’re about to win

Many are the stories of people quitting just before they reach the goal. There are stories of people who have died in a snow storm, just feet from safety.

People have drowned only a few feet from the shore.

The reverse of this can be true in gambling…we feel the winning hand is the next one, and the next one, or surely the next one, only to lose all our money.

You may be near the winner’s circle

Vic Johnson wrote a great book, Rest if you must, but don’t you quit.

All of us must pause at times and rest, however, that is not the quitting point. We can be oh so near the goal, or to the winning circle and just give us.

Rest if you must, but don’t quit.

Many of us have started a journey and because of construction, car trouble, or what may be, we have turned back or quit.

The secret is to plan and think through what we want and expect from what you are seeking to do. You must have some goals. There must be goals within the goals, or steps to reach the goal. You must be prepared for each step of the journey and anticipate what you will come up against.

With all this planning and thinking, you are ready to begin the journey. The journey begins with…

The first step.

Chinese philosopher Laozi made this famous quote: “a journey of a thousand miles begins with a single step.”.

Unless you make the first step, there will be no journey. Without that first step, it is just an idea, or perhaps a dream or wish. You must begin before you can finish!

It has been rightfully said that you must begin with the end in mind. It is necessary to know exactly what you want. You cannot be vague. You must be specific, with steps to reach the final goal.

I have found it works much better if I use some sort of “to do,” or project list that has sub-tasks to complete the project.

Not sure that is a word, however, it is something you MUST have to complete any project or journey. Let’s look at some possible steps in our journey:

  • Prospect
  • Respect
  • Inspect
  • Expect
  • Accept

First, you must do some prospective work on your journey or your project. You must do some old-fashioned prospecting to find out what it is you want to accomplish. The internet provides an excellent tool to do your research.

Then you must have respect for anyone or anything that you use or who helps you reach your goal

Next, you must inspect your work along the way to make sure you are on course. If the train runs off the track, you will not get far. Check your progress.

Then you must expect to be successful If you don’t believe you will be successful, trust me, you won’t be!

Finally, you must accept the fact that you have or will reach your goal and you must accept the help or assistance you get from others along the way.

There must be a target, such as a date, time or destination. Without that, how will you know if you have succeeded?

So, begin…take the first step. Check the map occasionally to make sure you are on course, then make sure you complete all the steps and enjoy the journey.

Change the world – one person can do it – is it you?

Most of us have never heard of John Frederick Parker (1830 – 1890). John was the police officer assigned to guard President Abraham Lincoln. Not only was he negligent, but he was also probably drunk! He left his post and joined Lincoln’s carriage driver at the Star Saloon, next door to the Ford’s Theater, where Lincoln was watching the play, Our American Cousin.

John Frederick Parker

People who have changed the world

Louis Pasteur (1822 – 1895) Invented the process of removing germs from milk, the process later called pasteurization, named after him.

Louis Pasteur

Leonardo da Vinci (1452 – 1519), was no doubt the father of the European Renaissance, marking the birth of many great discoveries and learning.

Leonardo da Vinci

Harland Sanders (1890 – 1980) was the founder of Kentucky Fried Chicken. Sanders was retired from the U.S. Postal service and had failed at several jobs before developing his famous chicken.

Harland Sanders

How do you fit into this picture?

One evening an old Cherokee told his grandson about a battle that goes on inside people.

He said, “My son, the battle is between two “wolves” inside us all.

One is Evil. It is anger, envy, jealousy, sorrow, regret, greed, arrogance, self-pity, guilt, resentment, inferiority, lies, false pride, superiority, and ego.

The other is Good. It is joy, peace, love, hope, serenity, humility, kindness, benevolence, empathy, generosity, truth, compassion and faith.”

The grandson thought about it for a minute and then asked his grandfather: “Which wolf wins?”

The old chief replied; “The one you feed”.

You are what you think you are

“You are what you think all day long.” Ralph Waldo Emerson

“Whether you think you can, or you think you can’t–you’re right.” Henry Ford

“For as he thinketh in his heart, so is he:” Proverbs 23:7

” Finally, brethren, whatsoever things are true, whatsoever things are honest, whatsoever things are just, whatsoever things are pure, whatsoever things are lovely, whatsoever things are of good report; if there be any virtue, and if there be any praise, think on these things”. Philippians 4:8

It all boils down to this. You are what you think you are. Henry Ford was correct. The great King Solomon hit it on the head. You become what you think about.

“Whatever the mind of man can conceive and believe, it can achieve”. Napoleon Hill

My precious mother was a school teacher. She instilled in me these words; “You can be anything you want to be. Don’t sell yourself short”.

I have lived by those words for over 80 years and found them to be true. Turn your mind loose…cast off all moorings and sail! Explore new dimensions…conquer new frontiers…explore new lands…think out of the box…operate outside of the envelope.

“Anyone who stops learning is old, whether twenty or eighty. Anyone who keeps learning stays young… The greatest thing you can do is keep your mind young”. Mark Twain

Stay young my friend.

Who is Wealthy Affiliate For?

While not limited to those seeking extra income, most of the training and information is geared to an online business opportunity.

Wealthy Affiliate offers a wide range of training and tools. Examples are:

The training includes getting linked and ranked on Google,

Wealthy Affiliate Support

In addition to a multitude of training materials, the company offers immediate support. Support tickets are usually answered in minutes, not days as some do.

There are many forums by the members and staff that offer help and guidance. The membership is great to pitch in and answer questions.

When they advertise that it is free, that’s what it is. The benefits are quite limited on the free account, but it is what it says, free. There is a 7-day trial for Premium so that you can try to see if the amount you pay is worth the amount.

For $49 a month (you can save a considerable amount by paying annually) you can upgrade to Premium, which gives basically unlimited access to all the training and help.

My Final Opinion of Wealthy Affiliate

I must make it clear that I joined Wealthy Affiliate after trying to have a web presence for over 10 years and not having any success. I chose to take the Premium account and paid annually to save money.

I have enjoyed the training and have learned so much that I can honestly say, I have more than got my money’s worth

free website building software – is it free?

There are tons of offers on the internet for free website building. Most of them I have checked are not free. So, what is free? Most of us have heard the phrase, “there is no free lunch.” Unfortunately, that is mostly true

Here is something you need to know…try before you buy! Any offer should give you a free trial period that does not require a payment or credit card is a must. If not, run! I want to give you a review on a free website builder.

I have personally tried many of the “free” website builder sites. I have to confess, I have been totally disappointed with all of them, up until now.

Here are some of my reasons for my disappointment:

  • They weren’t really free. There were “sell ups”, and “upgrades” required in all of them.
  • Most of them offered little or no training.
  • Most of them offered little or no real help or assistance.
  • Few if any offered help from fellow members

That was before I discovered SiteRubix.

Here’s what I found on this site

  1. It is Free. There are no credit cards required and a trial period to actually do a test run.
  2. Support to help me get started with building my own website.
  3. A website that works on cell phones & tablets as well.
  4. Thousands of professional designs and templates.
  5. Partners with Wealthy Affiliate, a most respected internet business.
  6. Multiple features to enhance my web presence.
  7. Backed by powerful technology to make your website secure and productive.

Why do I need a website?

Nowadays a website is no longer a luxury, it is a necessity, even if you are not an entrepreneur. Just for communication alone, a website is a goldmine. If you are in any kind of business, whether it be internet, or a brick and mortar store, a website is a necessity.

Of course, you can certainly hire your website to be built by professionals and there are many good ones. The cost can range from a few hundred dollars to thousands of dollars, depending on what you want your site to do.

An alternative solution is to build your own website, using a state-of-the-art website builder. Here comes SiteRubix. In literally minutes, you can build a professional looking and working website and for little investment in time and money.

I have personally built several websites, none of which produced the results I wanted and needed. That is until I came across SiteRubix. In the last month, I have built 5 websites using this fantastic tool. One of the features of being a member of Wealthy Affiliate is that I can build and host up to 25 websites!

Try doing that on your own! You had better have unlimited time and deep pockets.

Now you can enjoy the benefits of this great website building software and be a part of a great internet business opportunity. The beauty is that you can join for no cost, no credit card and enjoy a full 7 days to explore on your own and build your own professional looking website. Then and only then, you can decide that you want to go forward. All this without risking a penny.

Alternatively, you can spend days and big bucks trying to do it on your own. Let’s look at the pros and cons of using SiteRubix:

  1. Cost effective. Cost thousands less than using a professional site builder.
  2. Time Saver. Take minutes instead of days.
  3. Fantastic training and support from Wealthy Affiliate (Premium account)
  4. Support of hundreds of fellow members.
  5. The opportunity of making extra income.

The training can be intense and often overwhelming if you let it.
