Body building – here’s one that actually works!


everyone knows that exercise is important to good health. It may be just a walk in the park or a total workout at the gym, but some form of exercise is needed. A good bodybuilding workout is the best exercise you can get.

It does not matter how old you are, you are never too old to do some exercise. The more strenuous the exercise, the better, but there are limits. Now you are able to do a full workout in your own home and the true beauty is you can take the gym with you!

For me it is a half hour drive to the gym. An hour workout and a half hour back home takes 2 hours out of my day. Now, I can do the same thing in only one hour and never leave my house!

This burns more than calories, it burns excuses. Most people just can’t find the time to do the exercise, or it is just too much of a hassle to get to the gym, or it is too expensive.

Stationary bikes are a great tool, but take up too much room in the average home and are nearly impossible in an apartment. Walking machines often take the place of walking in the park, however, even folded up, takes up room.

I like to walk in the park

Be my guest. You can do both. Walking basically only gives you lower body workout. With Body Boss, you get both, plus you can still do your walk in the park and enjoy the fresh air and scenery.

During exercise, your muscles need more oxygen, so the heart must speed up to do that, thus increasing your systolic number, which should increase to between 160 and 220. Your dystolic (lower number) usually does not increase during exercise.

By regularly increasing your systolic pressure, you are strengthening your blood vessels as well as your muscles.

You should routinely exercise at least 3 times per week. Thirty minutes to one hour is a normal workout. Rest between the different exercises.

Drink lots of water and breathe deeply. The old adage “no pain, no gain”, is partially true, however, the “pain” threshold should begin to come down the more you exercise. By going a long time between exercise, you will find the pain returning as your muscles atrophy.

Conclusion

You must understand that exercise alone is not enough. You must combine exercise with a good diet. There are many diet plans that you can choose from, however, I like the Mediterranean diet, which you can read about in another post on this website.

The secret is consistency. Be consistent in your exercise program. By all means, walk as well as use your BodyBoss. Drink lots of water, get your fruits and vegetables.
